Jawahar Foundation, a leading NGO Jawahar Foundation is extending a helping hand towards the vaccination drive in Ajmer & Bhilwara. On the solemn occasion of the death anniversary of late Shri Jawahar Lal Nehru, its founder Shri. Riju Jhujhunwala decided to honour his memory with a donation of Rs. 1 crore to the State CSR Covid-19 Fund.

Announcing this he said, “Under the leadership of Honble Chief Minister of Rajasthan Sri Ashok Gehlot ji & Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma ji, we are seeing very positive results in the fight against the Corona pandemic in the state of Rajasthan. We will be honoured if this contribution by us at Jawahar Foundation will be useful towards the provision of Covid Vaccines for the public of Ajmer & Bhilwara, two great cities in our state of Rajasthan, where we have a deep relationship.”

An official letter to this effect was handed over to the Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma ji and the District Collector of Bhilwara, Shri Shiv Prasad Nakate ji by Jawahar Foundation officials on May 27th 2021.

Jawahar Foundation is actively working for the growth and development of people in Ajmer and Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The Foundation focuses on healthcare, safe drinking water, water conservation, computer literacy, women empowerment, environment, and food security in their areas of operation. Established in October 2019, the Jawahar Foundation has been actively participating in helping people during the pandemic. Spreading awareness, distributing masks, sanitizers, and food packets; and now setting up and supporting the Covid Care facilities at the biggest hospitals in Ajmer and Bhilwara.
