Jawahar Foundation is working to resolve the problem of food security and eradicate hunger in Rajasthan, In line with this, it started a community kitchen by the name of Swabhiman Bhoj which serves wholesome, nutritious, and clean meals at just Re 1 to everyone – regardless of their income or status.
Currently operating in Ajmer, Banswara, Bhilwara & Jaipur (Rajasthan), Jawahar Foundation has served 20,91,232 meals till August, 2024. Jawahar Foundation is planning to expand the community kitchen service in other cities of Rajasthan as well.
