Jawahar Foundation is attempting to ameliorate the educational landscape in the villages of Rajasthan through a digital literacy program called Swabhiman Shiksha, which has already benefited over 20,000 children so far and has managed to increase public school attendance by 23%.
Under this initiative, the youth, particularly government school students aged 12 to 20, are taught functional knowledge of computers and mobile applications.
Currently, we are providing a short-term certificate course to educate and uplift the less privileged on digital transactions, Microsoft Office principles, internet browsing, and typing abilities, followed by a final evaluation and certification by LinkedIn, with 20,000+ students having been certified to date, through 50 partner schools.
